Chocolate Chamomile Chai Smoothie

Calm down your sugar cravings with a tea inspired smoothie. Blended chamomile, chai and superfoods like reishi for the perfect smoothie bowl. If you have a craving for chocolate this frozen dessert won't disappoint with ingredients like cacao to satisfy your tastebuds.

Prep Time: 8 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 & 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 frozen avocado
  • 2 Tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp mushroom blend (lions mane, chaga, reishi, cordyceps)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp chai
  • 1/4 cup brewed chamomile tea
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Topped with:
Strawberries, crushed cashews, cacao nibs, Double Dark Chocolate Protein Bar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in your preferred food processor or blender
  2. Pour smoothie ingredients in a bowl (Pro Tip: if you add too much liquid your smoothie ingredients will have the consistency to drink instead of eating with a spoon.)
  3. Topped with Double Dark Chocolate Protein Bar from @cavemanfoods, sliced strawberries, cacao nibs, and crushed cashews.
